Commuter Benefits Webinar Recap

View the webinar recording and the presentation slides and think about what you can do in 2025 to help your workplace offer more options and amenities for commuters, such as transit passes, preferential carpool parking, bikeshare memberships, bike parking, telework, flexible work schedules, and more.
Federal Transportation Fringe Benefit Pre-Tax Limits 2025 Increase
The IRS increased the Federal Transportation Fringe Benefit pre-tax limits in 2025 to $325 a month for transit and vanpool and $325 a month for qualified parking. Employers may implement this as a pre-tax/employee-paid
benefit, employer-provided tax-free subsidy, or both. Additional guidance on the 2025 limits can be found by clicking the button below. Be sure to reach out and let us know how we can help you implement a commuter benefits program at: CommuterChoice@mdot.maryland.gov!
