Maryland Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan As required by law, the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is updating the statewide Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan (BPMP), in conjunction with the Maryland
Transportation Plan (MTP) on a 5-year cycle. An online public meeting will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 6 p.m. ET and an in-person event at the Howard County Green Fest will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023.
